ESTIMATING SERVICE FEES

Know the numbers before we start.

The first estimate, a customer bid, and ongoing claim handling are different kinds of work. Here’s how Hiraya prices them.

Talk about your workload

Four things to settle before work starts

  1. Which work does the fee include?
  2. How is “increased value” measured for the 10% fee?
  3. What happens if the scope changes or needs a revision?
  4. When is payment due, and who handles each next step?

The free first estimate does not make ongoing claim handling or supplement work free. An estimate or supplement also cannot guarantee coverage, approval, or a larger payment.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Before you choose.

All questions
Can I start with one project?

Yes. Ask about a single estimate or bid. You can also discuss ongoing support if your team has a regular flow of work.

What documents should I prepare?

Start with photos, measurements or plans, and notes about the work. For a supplement, add the full carrier estimate and evidence of what needs to change. For a retail bid, use the latest plans and list any work you want left out.

How long will my estimate take?

The scope, file completeness, and requested work affect timing. Tell us your deadline at the start. The team can then check what is needed and agree a schedule for the job.
